Unlock ALX Perks Program Terms & Conditions

Terms, Conditions, and Blackout dates apply. Offer applies to new business only, definite business or rebookings do not qualify. Offer is based upon availability and does not apply to overflow opportunities. Minimum group size of 10 rooms on peak night with a two-night minimum. Room nights refers to the total number of rooms over the length of the program. The program must be booked by March 31^st, 2024, to be eligible and consumed by December 31^st 2024. The offer is not combinable with any other offer. RFP must have originated with Visit Alexandria to be eligible. Hotel Preferred Agreements that have a discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer. Rebate is off the net guest rooms actualized and occupied, at the group rate or higher, and will be applied as a credit to the master. Staff rooms do not qualify for the rebate. Offer is eligible to all third-party partners. Commissions will be paid on actual net guest room revenues.
