The Rub Chicken & Beer

The Rub Chicken & Beer opened in January of 2020 as a restaurant pop up within Hen Quarter in Old Town, specializing in hot chicken and cold beer. It’s a new kind of experience, one where you can enjoy a fine-casual restaurant downstairs at The Rub and a full-service restaurant and brunch experience during the evenings and weekends upstairs at Hen Quarter.
