Port City Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery and proud producer of an exciting line of hand-made, great quality, locally crafted beers. Its name comes from Alexandria’s rich and colorful origins as an important colonial seaport and later, a major brewing center home to the largest brewery in the southern United States. Port City Brewing Company is proud to revive, celebrate, and continue this rich brewing tradition right outside of our Nation’s Capital.

Port City welcomes groups to visit the Tasting Room, take a “grain to glass” brewery tour and sample the beer fresh from the taps. Host a private event in the indoor beer garden catered by one of the diverse, recommended caterers or have some fun with local food trucks.

The Lighthouse Lounge on the second floor of the brewery is ideal for private parties and can accommodate cocktail style functions with ample seating for groups of 30 to 40 guests. The Lounge is available any day of the week and reservations are available throughout the day in 2 1/2 hour time frames. Join us for a unique rehearsal dinner or bachelor/bachelorette party!
