PIES Fitness Yoga Studio is an all-inclusive health and wellness anchor, offering more 80 fitness and yoga classes each week for all levels and intensities from beginners to advanced practitioners. It is our mission to demonstrate that “yoga and fitness is for everyBODY” and specialize in accessible yoga for beginners and seniors.

PIES Fitness is pleased to offer virtual group classes, including yoga, Zumba, trauma inclusivity training, work/life balance sessions and wellness and stress management support.
