Local Art, Alexandria Proud!

Made in ALX is a unique marketplace dedicated to showcasing and selling art and handmade products crafted by more than 50 Alexandria artists.

Founded in 2020 by two local women as a response to the pandemic’s impact on local artists, Made in ALX quickly evolved from an online market to a seasonal pop-up shop to a permanent fixture in Old Town Alexandria.

Today, Made in ALX features a wide variety of gifts and local creations in addition to offering a wide range of classes (open to all abilities) in painting, embroidery, soap-making, candle-making and much more.
