Gin was founded on our passion for Japanese culture, particularly its cuisine, for the longest time. We find it fascinating when people use cooking techniques to illustrate their way of life. My husband and I both love ramen. We have tried so much ramen in the U.S. and while visiting Japan. They essentially have the same appearance, but their preparations and flavors set them apart. My ramen journey with my husband and my experience in a restaurant have given me the courage to open my own restaurant and that is the beginning of Gin.
