Building Momentum
Building Momentum is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) that provides science and engineering consulting and technology development and training to defense, education, corporate, and entrepreneurial organizations.
At Building Momentum, we empower your team to think differently. Through our unique, interactive learning methods, we encourage executives, team leaders and employees alike to go beyond the whiteboard. Our methods have been tested in corporate settings as well as in the battlefields of Afghanistan and Iraq and have resulted in stronger teams with clear outcomes and paths towards success.
Our unique process of hands-on teambuilding includes: traditional facilitated teamwork exercises and goal setting; unique warm-up problem solving activities; technology learning and challenging team members; small and large build activities to reinforce new skills and identify team problems; and establishing short and long range success markers so that learning and team building will continue post engagement.
From half-day experiences to immersive week-long “Innovation Boot Camps” to fun evening activities like “Wine and Welding,” we customize our training to each organization’s needs, creating a unique experience that will leave your team with the capacity to solve any problem. Whether your group would enjoy working with 3D printers, drones or other technology, take advantage of Building Momentum’s highly interactive approach to leadership development.
We also offer a youth education program focused on problem-solving designed to integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and innovation among students. The program aims to foster a deeper understanding of complex real-world challenges and encourage students to develop effective solutions!
