Alexandria’s holiday shopping season kicks off with Plaid Friday: Alexandria’s Small Business Black Friday on November 24, 2023. Peruse more than 50 shops touting one-of-a-kind deals on designer and coveted merchandise, including home décor, chic fashion, gourmet food, classic toys and gifts for pets. More than a dozen businesses will offer early bird discounts starting at 6 a.m. including Pacers Running, Red Barn Mercantile, The Dog Park and more. Please note store discounts and hours may vary. For an early morning caffeine boost, head to the Coffee Shop at Fontaine, ESP Tea & Coffee or Misha’s Coffee (both King Street and Prince Street locations), all open at 6 a.m.
