We make it simple by inviting guests to pick up a complete meal kit at Mia's Italian Kitchen, along with an optional wine pairing. Mia's will also provide guests with the recipe so they can follow along, as well as list of supplies needed for cooking (pots, pans, etc). Our meal kits include all necessary food items (spices, toppings, chicken, etc), with the exception of cooking oil.

Brandon Whitestone is the Corporate Chef & Partner at Alexandria Restaurant Partners. He began his career in the suburbs of Boston, before attending New England Culinary Institute. Brandon’s professional experience has been wide ranging, starting with working for James Beard Award winning Chef Allen Susser, eventually running his name sake restaurant in Aventura Florida. He eventually became the Chef/Partner of two of his own restaurants and those menus landed him an invitation to cook at the James Beard House twice. His diverse experience is crucial in the development of varied menus for Alexandria Restaurant Partners and his passion for what he does is in every recipe.
Mia's Italian Kitchen is rooted in family. Their delicious, from-scratch menu sought to capture the essence of ARP Partner, Dave Nicholas' great-grandmother’s rustic Italian cooking. Originally from Naples, Italy, she used easy, simple, raw ingredients - an approach that Mia's embraces in their All-Day, Brunch and Late-Night menus, which include hearty house-made pasta, Italian sandwiches, charcuterie, and square pizzas "by the slice".
Guests can enjoy Bottomless Brunch on weekends, easy To Go online ordering options, and an extensive catering menu. Ideal for private events up to 175 guests, the restaurant offers two levels of vibrant, elegant interiors, with indoor & outdoor dining options.
