Mieza Blendery

Mieza Blendery is a different approach to making beer. With a blendery, the objective is to make a lot of diverse beer components, many of them may not taste good or balanced on their own, but when blended correctly result in an experience that couldn’t be achieved as a single one-off batch.

In a blendery there is a constant tension between generating a larger and increasingly diverse set of blending components while maintaining an intimacy and fluency with those components in order to make the best blends from that stock.
