Nestled on nearly an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Lee-Fendall House Museum & Garden offers an elegant and memorable backdrop for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, nonprofit events, and more.

Depending on the occasion, guests can enjoy the museum’s historic garden or the museum’s first-floor period rooms which provide an intimate indoor setting for smaller gatherings and meetings. Whether you are planning a daytime celebration or an evening reception, Lee-Fendall offers a unique setting that blends history, charm, and natural beauty.

Please note: Lee-Fendall is a site-only rental venue. Rental fees include exclusive use of the museum and/or garden during your reserved time. Renters are responsible for arranging all event services separately, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, catering, bartending, rentals, permits, entertainment, and other event logistics. 

Rental proceeds directly support the Lee-Fendall House Museum & Garden’s educational programs and the preservation of this historic Alexandria landmark.

  • Indoor reception: 30 guests
  • Garden reception: 100 guests
