The Basics

This workshop is designed for everyBODY – the newbie that knows a few poses, the intermediate practitioner looking to get back to the basics & the experienced yogi refining their practice. This 90 minute session will break down the most common shapes in a vinyasa class starting from the ground up. Expect to learn what muscles are being engaged, what’s being lengthened/stretched, where you can expect to “feel” the pose and all the variations and modifications we can fit in! Each workshop is carefully designed for the yogis that attend – so no two sessions are alike! 

Workshop fee $40. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
