Hear from renowned historians, journalists, and leaders about the challenges of maintaining and protecting our nation’s democratic form of government.
The 2023 George Washington Symposium includes gourmet meals and receptions, including a cocktail open house at the George Washington Presidential Library and a black-tie dinner at the Diplomatic Reception Rooms U.S. Department of State.
Speakers and moderators include David M. Rubenstein, historians Richard Brookhiser, Lindsay Chervinsky, Annette Gordon-Reed, and Rick Atkinson; Generals Joseph F. Dunford, John Kelly, and Jim Mattis; and journalists Robert Costa, Jacqueline Alemany, Abby Phillip, and John Avlon.
