Whether you are interested in making friends or simply enjoying our beautiful park in the West End of Alexandria, you will be sure to have a great reconnecting experience.

Join us for a guided walk in small groups led by health and wellness professionals that will facilitate a centering and calming conversation.

We will return to reconnect with stretching, sharing experiences, and lessons learned.

Bring a friend! And remember to visit the West End Farmers Market after the event or Cameron Cafe to connect with new friends.
