Food & Beer Pairing: Ruta De Sabor

Summer is here and it is HOT. A cold refreshing beer is a must, but what do you pair it with? We have the answer for you in the form of a 5 course tasting experience. Chef David from La Tingeria has curated a delicious summer-centric menu featuring seasonal vegetables, cooling flavors, and satiating accents. And yes, there is flan for dessert. We then pair these dishes with a variety of our seasonal craft beers for the perfect evening.

Each order includes 5 Port City brews paired with 5 different dishes, plus a welcome beer. Julia, our resident foodie, and Chef David will walk you through each pairing and explain why we combined these flavors. This one way ticket to satisfaction can be purchased for $48, plus tax. Doors will open at 6:30pm for welcome drinks.
